LONDON: The GSMA today announced that the CEOs of Kakao, KT Corp., LINE, Telenor and ZTE will be among the executives delivering keynote presentations in the Mobile Forum at GSMA Mobile Asia Expo 2014. In addition to the first keynote speakers, the GSMA announced several new exhibitors at Mobile Asia Expo, as well as additional programmes and partner events. Mobile Asia Expo will be held 11-13 June at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai.

Keynote Speakers for Mobile Forum 2014 The GSMA today announced keynote speakers for the Mobile Forum conference at Mobile Asia Expo. The two-day Mobile Forum will feature four keynote sessions including the signature Mobile World Live keynote, which will be streamed live to hundreds of thousands of viewers globally via the Mobile World Live portal. New Exhibitors for Mobile Asia Expo The GSMA announced that China Mobile has signed on as the Platinum Event Sponsor for the 2014 Mobile Asia Expo and will also be exhibiting at the show. Other new exhibitors include Apenta, Binatone, China Telling Telecom, Doro, Good Technologies, Hitachi, JDSU, Lenovo, Kuaidi Technology Co. Ltd., McAfee, Netscout, QIHOO 360 Technology, Saudi Telecom, Syniverse and Telrad. Three new pavilions have been added, with exhibitions from the Israel Export Institute, the Korea Association of Information & Telecommunication and the Taiwan Committee of Communications Industry Development. New Programmes and Events at MAE The GSMA will host the Global Device Summit on Tuesday, 10 June. This half-day event will explore the key issues facing the global device market today. Speakers from device manufacturers, mobile operators and distributors will cover topics such as subsidisation, global distribution strategies, developed vs. developing market needs and device creation. The Global Device Summit is open to all Mobile Asia Expo attendees.
The GSMA also announced three new partner events taking place on Friday, 13 June at Mobile Asia Expo. C114 will host the ICT and New Urbanization Summit 2014 and Global Mobile Game Confederation (GMGC) will lead the MAE Mobile Gaming Summit. Both of these events are open to all Mobile Asia Expo attendees. For a second year, DVBcn will present the Mobile Entertainment Summit, which is open by invitation only.
