International Media Festival for Prevention

FRANKFURT, Germany: Films and multimedia applications are vital instruments of safety and health at work. Whether for the purpose of increasing risk awareness on the part of employees or providing information on comprehensive safety topics: moving images support the transfer of knowledge.
Media makers have to keep up-to-date since viewing habits and technological developments are constantly changing. What is happening today? What are the trends? How do other countries convey prevention messages? The International Media Festival for Prevention provides answers to these interesting questions and gives a broader worldview. The Festival will take place within the framework of the XX World Congress on Safety and Health, to be held from 24 to 27 August 2014 in Frankfurt am Main.
International Feedback
The International Media Festival for Prevention is not only a unique platform for ideas and exchange, but also provides an opportunity to present your own products to an international public of experts in safety and health at work. Clients and producers have the opportunity to obtain international feedback from all around the world.
International Media Award for Prevention
The best media productions will be awarded with the International Media Award for Prevention. All media products relating to safety and health at work that have been produced since January 2010 are admitted. Films or multimedia applications of all types may be submitted, e.g. web clips, web TV, mobisodes, animation, fiction, documentation, TV spots, interactive media or websites.
Submission can be made by accident insurers, enterprises, institutions that commissioned such media as well as agencies and film makers who produced the media. The Award Ceremony will take place as part of the XX World Congress on Safety and Health 2014 in Frankfurt am Main.
Registration
All entries must be submitted using the entry form available online under http://www.safety2014germany.com/imfp.
The closing date for entry is 31 January 2014. There is no limit to the number of entries.
