TriVeda Announces Launch of USD 500 mn Real Estate Platform

BANGALORE, India: TriVeda Capital announced today the launch of a $500 million real estate asset management platform in India. The platform's initial portfolio is comprised of five residential and mixed-use projects located in Bangalore. TriVeda plans to draw upon the firm's institutional private equity expertise to deliver value-added asset management services on behalf of both real estate owners and investors.

The vehicle is designed to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors combined with strong downside protections," confirms Mr. Inamdar.
