SEOUL, South Korea: Pantech announced adoption of Lifevibes SoundExperience solution as part of the multimedia software stack of their Android smartphone devices. LifeVibes is a Trademark of NXP Software.

With LifeVibes SoundExperience solution, users can enjoy their music and movies with an enhanced audio listening experience, including bass, treble, equalizer and 3D surround effect, all available from an intuitive user interface. Effects include enhancements for mono, stereo speakers and headphones. Special audio software enhancements are also provided to maximize the loudness of the device without any increased risk of damaging the speaker(s) of the device.

Already one model is deployed in the US market: the Pantech Discover model, based on a Qualcomm MSM8960 chipset. LifeVibes SoundExperience running on Discover got AT&T approval and the phone is now available on the US market.
