Aditi Technologies Appoints Wade Wegner as Chief Technology Officer

SEATTLE, BANGALORE, India and NEW YORK: Aditi Technologies (http://www.aditi.com), a leading cloud solution provider and Microsoft technology partner, has announced that Wade Wegner, former director of Technical Evangelism at Microsoft Corp., has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO, Wade will be responsible for driving Aditi's technical strategy and ensuring accelerated innovation on behalf of its customers through IP led services and a framework driven delivery model.

"Aditi has one of the most exciting visions for emerging technology platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem," said Wade. "I share Aditi's passion for leveraging innovations in technology to deliver game changing software for customers. A key part of my role will be to help our customers build and execute on a future ready technology strategy and I look forward to working with Aditi's global engineering teams to build repeatable frameworks that can help clients accelerate this journey." Wade will also lead the charter of scaling Aditi's existing global engineering capability of 1,500 platform engineers.

"Wade has been a key influencer in driving new technology adoption across some of Microsoft's largest customers and his passion for hands-on technology innovation is a source of inspiration," said Vineet Arora, MD at Aditi Technologies. "We are focused on accelerating innovation solutions for our customers across four core tenets:  cloud, digital, enterprise social and analytics.  Wade brings a strong vision to lead these practices and Aditi's overall technology strategy."

Wade has spent over 15 years working at Microsoft and with Microsoft platform-based system integrators, focusing primarily on emerging platforms such as Windows Azure.  In his role as director of Technical Evangelism in the Developer & Platform Evangelism (DPE) group at Microsoft, he lead a team of technical evangelists responsible for influencing and driving Microsoft's technical strategy for Windows Azure. Wade is one of the most recognizable faces in the Microsoft cloud world, thanks in large part to his presence as co-host of the Cloud Cover Show on Channel 9 and his blog at http://www.wadewegner.com/. He has also played a very visible role at top tier Microsoft events such as TechEd, BUILD, PDC, and MIX.

"We are thrilled to have Wade join our leadership team at Aditi. As we help organizations across the world realize the benefits of emerging innovations, Wade's deep knowledge of technology trends is pivotal," said Pradeep Rathinam, Aditi CEO. "We are experiencing double digit QoQ growth and as we scale, our ability to leverage repeatable frameworks is going to be critical. Wade will lead the charter to build future ready practices that can drive time to market acceleration for our customers through IP led services."
