RAJKOT, India: Kootol Software Limited, a software company, today announced that, on August 2, 2011, it has been granted U.S. Patent No. 7,991,764 (USPTO application no. 11/995,343) by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This patent covers core News Feed, communication, publishing, sharing and real time search engine technology which is widely used by many companies, having more than billion users, for their websites, networks, applications, services, platforms, operating systems and devices for many years.

Granted Patent covers two embodiments. First embodiment covers Real Time communication, publishing, sharing and searching technology which facilitates real time publishing of user's stream data to subscribers, subscribing interested sources and providing real time search engine. While second embodiment covers News Feed which monitors and stores each user's activities and sent auto-generated activities information to connected users of user with dynamic, identified and accessible action associate objects and application features which enables receiving users to communicate, collaborate and participate in activities of source user in an integrated and unified manner.
Kootol was entered into an exclusive patent license agreement with Mr. Yogesh Rathod for the first embodiment of US Patent No. 7,991,764 titled "A Method and System for Communication, Advertising, Searching, Sharing and Dynamically Providing a Journal Feed".

In respect of licensed patented embodiment, Kootolhas send notice to the dozens of companies to express company's concern that said companies might violate their intellectual property rights by using it for their websites, networks, applications, services, platforms, operating systems and devices.
