announced it has signed an implementation agreement with Hawaiian Electric
Company.
HCL AXON will partner with Hawaiian Electric Company and its
subsidiaries, Maui Electric Company and Hawaii Electric Light Company, to
install and integrate a SAP Utilities Customer Information System (CIS), a
software solution that will help the company more efficiently manage customer
accounts; service, call-center and billing processes; and meters and energy
data for its more than 400,000 customers on Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and
Hawaii Island.
