Beyond Key, a global IT consulting and software services company, held their pre-International Women's Day celebration. Every year, Beyond Key observes Women's Day as part of their corporate culture.

This is followed by charitable deeds in the community and discussions with their female team members that are either informative or empowerment related.

Beyond Key is adamant that by holding Women's Day activities, we can foster an environment that values equality, diversity, and inclusion.

The event was organized by Beyond Key and held at its office in the NRK Business Park in Indore.

Following that, some of the activities were held outside the company's premises. With the conviction that Women's Day celebrations may give women a forum to connect with one another, share their stories, and find inspiration and drive to accomplish their objectives, Beyond Key hosted this event to encourage women to pursue their passions and aspirations.

In honor of the late Mr. Lakhan Singh, a former member of the Beyond Key team, money was raised for a charitable cause. Funds were raised for "Matru Chaya," an orphanage and fully functional shelter for over 75 poor and orphaned girls run by Sewa Bharti, where they met some children and made contributions towards them.

There was a special session with young leaders of society at the office recreation area, where they discussed their perspectives on women in leadership and their success stories.

The session featured influential speakers like Ms. Priyanka Mehta, Director, Home Strap Fabric Furnishing Pvt. Ltd.; Ms. Prachi Kasliwal Dashora, Founder & Director, Sherringwood World School; and Ms. Mili Kapadia, Founder, E-Street Iron Services. Following this, a question-and-answer session concerning and addressing the matters in this regard was conducted.
