It offers extensive benefits for growth and expansion of business. Cloud based ERP can benefit customers by providing application scalability and reduced hardware costs as one doesn't have to manage hardware, software, and upgrades that reduces up-front expenses and can have greater control over integration and require local access to their data server.
In today's competitive environment cost-cutting is the most important strategy for any small and medium enterprises (SME) to sustain. Presently Indian infrastructure is not adapted to cloud ERP as major of SMEs are not Internet savvy and don't have uninterrupted internet facility to enjoy the Cloud ERP. Are Indian SMEs coming forward these days to adopt ERP solutions? Which are the sectors that are going more for these solutions? How the adoption rate can be increased among these enterprises? Kunal Singhal: Being a Charted Accountant (CA) for many years and worked hand to hand with SME industries, I understood the market nerve. After feedback from auditors of more than 150 MSME companies we found that they were reluctant to move from Tally. So there was a need to fill in the gap of year old Tally software and ERP system. So this vision led to develop a solution where companies keep the financial systems the way it is but with added advantage. Mostly Manufacturing sectors are adopting this system in aggressive manner. However other sectors are also gearing up. For EazyERP, its easy to convince enterprise owner to adopt ERP system for their growth in business as they need not to switch over to new platform and it is Modular based, it offers you the choice of implementing select modules that which you require, making it affordable.
According to you, ERP is a must in which department of an SME and why? Can these solutions be clubbed with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and even with Supply Chain Management (SCM)? Kunal Singhal: The concept of ERP begins from the inventory management which includes the Procurement, Stores and Dispatch departments. However, the real benefit of an ERP comes when the production department comes on the ERP. That is when the real cost analytics and major decision making starts taking place. Because in today's competitive environment cost-cutting is the most important strategy for any SME to sustain. An ERP provides insight on the factors where an organization can find pilferages and losses which can be removed with timely decision making. Today, since many companies have been using ERP for quite some time, CRM and SCM have also become very popular and they easily get integrated with the ERP. This allows to connect the customers and the vendors of a company to their system, making the flow of information even faster.
How ERP integration can help an SME to reduce working capital requirements, improve customer service, and bring clarity and accountability throughout the organization? Kunal Singhal: EazyERP's exclusive designed Tally Integrated business solution has an innovative reporting tool that analyzes entire data on one screen & provides one click reporting for top management of the organization. This helps the industries to produce more efficient reports on timely basis. The detailed insight into the reasons of inventory levels, rate histories, rejection tracking, etc. allow the company to bring down the unnecessary amount of working capital being wasted in such activities. The latest development in conjunction with the existing ERP Solution helps the company to get the best out of it marketing and support team by synchronizing their efforts in a systematic way. Eazy ERP system helps to automate the tasks of the marketing team by giving timely and automated reminders, Emails or SMS. Tracking of lead from the point of its generation to the time of conversion into sales is prime focus of the solution. On the other side providing support using helpdesk solution ensure better servicefrom a company to its customers.
How ERP solutions can help SMEs to cut costs and expand their business reach more effectively? Kunal Singhal: EazyERP's Tally integration module is designed to integrate the information with new systems, technologies and custom applications within the enterprise as well as with the alliances. Its certainly a cost effective solution that enhances your business reach out and aide to effective production.
- Reduces data input duplication and save costs involved in administration.

- Real-time consolidation of data from various resources for centralized reporting provides means for effective and pro-active decisions.

Seems to be a good move , but shall not be commercialized , should made affordable , and should have long term association to reap benefits for both the Solution provider and the user in such case it will really be a success.
