Kunal Singhal, Founder and MD of EazyERP, in an exclusive interview to SME Times said that cloud-based Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the future of India due of its flexibility and cost-effectiveness. It offers extensive benefits for growth and expansion of business. Cloud based ERP can benefit customers by providing application scalability and reduced hardware costs as one doesn't have to manage hardware, software, and upgrades that reduces up-front expenses and can have greater control over integration and require local access to their data server.

In today's competitive environment cost-cutting is the most important strategy for any small and medium enterprises (SME) to sustain. Presently Indian infrastructure is not adapted to cloud ERP as major of SMEs are not Internet savvy and don't have uninterrupted internet facility to enjoy the Cloud ERP.
